Finger Limes taste sour like limes, and slightly acidic.

Finger Limes smell citrusy, like limes and lemons.

• What does it feel like?
Finger Limes have smooth, thin (green/red/brown) skin that contains crunchy (green/red/brown) pulp that resembles beads of caviar, giving it it’s nickname, “Caviar Lime.”

• Where does it grow?
Finger Limes are native to Australia. They mostly grow in the tropical rainforests of Australia, but also grow in North America now as well.

• How do you eat it?
Finger Lime pulp is typically added on top of savory dishes for a fresh, citrusy flavor and a beautiful decoration.
