• What does it taste like?
White Dragonfruit can taste very sweet to mildly sweet, depending on its growing conditions. Its flavor is often described as a refreshing mix of watermelon, kiwi, and pear. White Dragonfruits are commonly described as the least sweet of the Dragonfruits (white, red, and yellow).

• What does it smell like?
White Dragonfruit has a floral aroma that’s compared to a mix of melons and berries.

• What does it feel like?
White Dragonfruit has a soft, yet relatively thick (pink) skin and a seed-filled, pulpy, and juicy (white) inner flesh.

• Where does it grow?
White Dragonfruit is native to Central America and South America. It’s commonly grown in Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Brazil, Columbia, Ecuador, Panama, and Uruguay.

• How do you eat it?
Dragonfruit is mostly eaten raw, by simply peeling the skin off or by cutting it and scooping the flesh. It’s also popular to add in desserts, smoothies, candies, and drinks.
